|About Calamity Jane (CJ):
CJ is from our third litter from Gana with Javir vom Talka Marda. CJ is a high energy female with excellent temperament and resilience. She loves to work
for her handler in any activity, whether it be tracking, obedience or agility. In protection, she shows strong barking and full grips.
In December 2017, CJ finished out the year with her Novice Agility Jumpers title and 2 legs of her Open Standard, she had a couple of very nice 100pt runs in JWW!
Then the following weekend, Marty handled her for an IPO3 at DFW Working Dogs and achieved 92-95-92a=279!
In September 2017, CJ competed at the 2017 New England Regional Championships, she finished in 10th place, was High Female and we also received the High Double-X Trophy!
She then competed at the Quinebaug Fall trial to earn a qualifying score of 279 points for the 2017 UScA National Championships. Unfortunately our National performance was
not so good. CJ tried hard in the tracking but conditions were tough and her preparation was lacking, after obedience, she had a very slight lameness so we pulled from protection
to prevent a worse injury.
In May 2017, CJ completed her AKC Companion Dog Excellent title, she also received an invite to compete at the AKC Obedience Classic in Florida in December! She was also awarded
a Performance Award of Merit from GSDCA for competing in 3 separate disciplines.
In January 2016, CJ finished her AKC Novice Agility title. In March
she was bred to Igor vom Kleinen Zigeuner and had a very nice litter of 4 males and 3 females in May. In the Fall, she passed her re-survey so she is now Breed Surveyed for life.
In 2015, CJ competed at the New England Regional Championships coming home with High Double-X team and High Tracking trophies. She also completed another
IPO3 with 283pts and qualified for the 2015 UScA National Championships. She passed her 4th IPO3 at the National Championships.
She achieved SG1 at the 2015 New England Regional Conformation Show which completed the requirements for her to be the 2015 New England Regional Universal Siegerin!
CJ achieved her IPO3 in October 2014 with 95-94-93=282! Then she had her first litter of puppies at the beginning of 2015. She proved to be an excellent mother and raised 3 very nice
males and a female.
In June 2014, CJ passed her IPO2 and got her SG show rating and Koer in one very busy weekend!!
CJ started 2014 with the first leg of her AKC CD obedience title in Hartford, CT with a third place finish
and a high German Shepherd trophy! She completed her CD with a 1st place finish at Putnam County Kennel Club and a final leg later
in July at Port Chester Obedience Training Club in NY.
In October 2012 at just 18 months of age, she passed her BH and AD
at the Oklahoma Schutzhund Club. A year later, she passed her IPO1 at
Quinebaug Schutzhund Club with 96-88-90a=274 High IPO1 and High in Trial!

times with a 3rd and 4th place finish in 2008 and 2009 and has finished
in the top 3 at the German National (Bundessiegerprufung) 3 times.
Javir is line-bred 3-3 on the T litter von der Bosen Nachbarschaft
(Timmy-Troll) and also 5-4 Greif zum Lahntal. Javir's father line
goes back to the excellent working dog, Claudius vom Hain, a line
that is rarely seen. Javir's obedience is very spirited and he is
a very powerful dog in protection with excellent grips. Not only
is Javir an eye-catching working dog, but he is also able to live
calmly in the house.
